Frame
The frame has some cool upgrades compared to the old version. The bottom part of the front forks, called end caps, used to be made by casting, but now they’re made by forging. This makes them much stronger and more durable. Forging is a process that makes things stronger because it doesn’t have the little holes or weak spots that casting can have. In tests, parts made by forging were 26% stronger and lasted 37% longer than the cast ones.
The GT still has the same strong stem as the old version, and even the cables are well-organized, adding to its cool and powerful look.
Deck
The GT Pro has a wide and big, grippy deck that’s just like the original model. It’s covered in a rubbery material that’s easy to grip and easy to clean. The deck is more than 20 inches long and 9 inches wide, so even big riders have plenty of space. It’s raised about 8.4 inches from the ground, which means there’s lots of space underneath. Even compared to other scooters in the Wolf family, which have handlebars that are 24.6 inches wide, or the Apollo Phantom, which has 27-inch handlebars, the GT’s handlebars are bigger. They’re also a bit taller, which makes them even more comfortable to hold onto.
The super-sized handlebars of the Wolf King GT Pro give you awesome control. Just think about it: compare them to the slimmer handlebars of other super-fast scooters like the ones in the Dualtron line. While those scooters have great features, their narrower handlebars don’t give you nearly as much control and smoothness as the GT’s handlebars.

With dual 72V 2000W motors and a pair of 50Ah Sine Wave controllers, the Wolf King GT Pro packs a punch in acceleration and can reach an impressive top speed of up to 62 mph. But how does it stack up against similar scooters in terms of price and weight?
Well, compared to its Dualtron rivals, the GT Pro might be heavier, but its faster acceleration rate means it can reach top speed quicker. So, we believe the Wolf King GT Pro deserves to be at the top of the rankings when it comes to performance.
Acceleration
The GT Pro can reach 15 mph in just 1.7 seconds and 25 mph in a flat 3.0 seconds. This acceleration is enough to outpace not only its closest Dualtron rivals, such as the Thunder 2, Ultra 2, and Storm, but also the original Wolf King.
The GT’s acceleration is rapid, and you can expect a lot of wheel-spinning, especially when accelerating while already in motion.
Folding & Portability
If the Wolf King GT Pro isn’t good at being lightweight, it’s even worse at being easy to carry around. Just like other Wolf scooters, the GT Pro is one of the few scooters that actually gets longer when you fold it (by a huge 10 inches).
To give you an idea, when folded, it’s about as long as a person who’s 5 feet tall lying down. Even though the folding mechanism keeps the stem locked in place, it’s still really bulky and not easy to carry around. But to be fair, the GT Pro isn’t meant to be super portable. Plus, the safety pin, which is on all Wolf models, helps keep everything secure when folding.
Assembly
Putting together the Wolf King GT Pro when it arrives isn’t too hard. The manual shows you where everything goes, and you don’t need many tools or DIY skills. But let me tell you, lifting this heavy scooter out of the box, weighing 115 lbs, can be a real challenge!
Your main job is to make sure all the screws are tight on the scooter, and use the Allen wrench provided to fix the handlebars and other moving parts in place. It’s also a good idea to read the manual carefully. It’ll help you figure out how to use the GT’s folding mechanism, and understand all the features on its TFT display.

Construction & Build Quality
Wolf scooters are known for their legendary build quality, but some issues have been addressed and rectified in the GT Pro model. For instance, forged endcaps on the GT Pro ensure that failures are eliminated. Particularly where the front axle connects to the fork. Addressing a small number of reported failures.
As part of the upgrade, the motor controllers are now housed inside a box attached to the forks, which also helps with cooling. Despite its appearance, the box is made of aluminum rather than plastic.
Available in gold and black, the GT Pro looks impressive in both colors. Although surprisingly, the gold version tends to fade over time unlike the black one.
Suspensions
The Wolf King GT Pro comes with hydraulic front suspension and dual springs at the rear. This top-notch shock absorption setup makes the scooter ready for any kind of terrain. Whether it’s city streets, country roads, forest paths, or rugged trails.
Initially, the suspension might feel a bit stiff, but don’t worry, it loosens up over time. Apart from that, the suspension is pretty much the same as what you’d find on other Wolf models. Unfortunately, you can’t customize the suspension to suit your preferences, but even without customization, the GT’s suspension is still top-notch.
Lights
The King GT Pro proudly displays the iconic dual headlights of the Wolf range. Along with under-deck lighting, turn signals and taillight. What’s even cooler is that all the lights, including the deck lights, turn on at once with the light button on the handlebars. This is a welcome change from previous Wolf models, where different buttons controlled different lights.
The turn signals are a fantastic addition. Flashing at the rear and on the side of the controller box to make them clearly visible to traffic. The button console has light indicators, so you’ll always know if your turn signals are on or off. And let’s not forget the smoked taillight, which adds to the overall sleek look of the scooter.
Range & Battery
A massive new 72V 35Ah LG/Samsung battery has significantly boosted the range compared to the Wolf Warrior. Now, you can travel over 90 miles (144+ km) in eco mode. But here’s the exciting part, in aggressive riding mode, you can still cover 55 miles (88 km) before needing to recharge. Perfect for those high-energy rides.
With double chargers, you can fully recharge the battery in just about 7-8 hours, getting you back on the road in no time.
Brakes
Staying true to the Wolf line’s signature, the King GT Pro features dual hydraulic brakes. These brakes are not only powerful, but their 160 mm rotors are also 3 mm thick, making them incredibly durable and resistant to bending or warping.
These brakes can bring you to a stop from 15 mph in just 3 meters. The performance is on par with most scooters in its category, ensuring reliable braking power when you need it most.
Water Resistance
Resistance is definitely the right word here. Kaabo demonstrated the durability of the King GT Pro in an impressive video where they submerged the display, controllers, and motors in a water tank for ten days straight – and they still functioned perfectly afterward. It’s truly astonishing!
Despite this remarkable demonstration, the King GT Pro is officially rated as IPX5, which means it’s resistant to water to a certain extent. While riding in the rain should generally be fine and well within the scooter’s capabilities, Kaabo still advises against prolonged exposure to water. And just to be clear, it’s best not to attempt the submerging trick at home – leave that to the experts!
TFT Display
The new and improved GT Pro introduces a next-gen TFT display, taking customized performance to a whole new level. With anti-glare technology and an intuitive design, the display is easy to use and read, even in direct sunlight. Alongside showing your speed, range, and remaining battery life, you can toggle your lighting setup on and off, and check your riding mode. You can even set up a 4-digit password to prevent unauthorized use of the scooter.
The Wolf King GT Pro offers 6 riding modes (Eco, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5), clearly displayed on the screen. Allowing you to engage both motors or just one. By controlling and capping the torque, you can ease into the ride and build confidence by progressing through the speeds at your own pace.
